To understand your options for upgrading or replacing your existing technology, non-profits need a clear strategy or roadmap.

Regardless of how complex your technology project is, a Business Case or strategy review will illustrate your case for change and help you understand the options for upgrading or replacing any existing technology. It can often be assumed that stakeholders are not initially aligned on the options, cost expectations or goals for any technology change, so this stage is about providing clarity, aligning goals, and getting buy-in from all stakeholders.

In this round-table event, we’ll use a mix of presentations and discussions to ensure you understand how to get your digital project off to the right start. This is your opportunity to meet with your peers in a Chatham House environment to share your learning and experiences.

Who is this for: For anyone responsible for making strategic decisions in their non-profit and considering how to build a case for investment for their digital change project including securing buy-in, the board’s le in developing a digital strategy and best practice for overall project delivery.
