    Jonathan Beaumont

    Team Lead Business Change Consultant

    Jonathan is a Business Change Consultant at Hart Square who loves helping teams improve systems and helping organisations grow to achieve their mission.

    He has spent the majority of his career in the non-profit sector, with experience in large scale project delivery, system improvements and CRM migration.

    Chris Gilbert

    Head of Practice

    Chris, our Head of Practice, started working in the charity space initially with the National Trust, and then with the British Heart Foundation.


    15 years later, he’s still fully committed to the non-profit space, having been a part of Hart Square as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Head of Technology and Services, before taking up his current role.

    Head of Client Services

    Joyce is an experienced Business Consultant with a history of working in the information technology and services industry within the non-profit sector. She is skilled in business planning, customer relationship management, and is passionate about sharing knowledge through educational events and training programmes.

    She regularly speaks at Hart Square events covering topics from project delivery best practice to go live challenges.

    Senior Business Change Consultant

    With an extensive background in strategic marketing and communications, Helen’s experience in the charity sector includes working on a CRM programme, which led to her current role as a Senior Business Change Consultant.

    Helen is especially interested in helping charities achieve clarity out of complexity and introducing change successfully.

    Leah is a Business Change Consultant at Hart Square and loves helping people realise the value of digital technology and how it can support their teams and beneficiaries.

    She has spent the majority of her career working for charities and NFP organisations, gaining experiences in areas such as project management, CRM systems, and business intelligence.

    Managing Director

    Alan has been involved in the Membership and Not for Profit sectors for over 15 years, initially as a leading Technology Vendor, helping them transform their organisations through a human approach to transformation. His experience spans advertising & media, online entertainment, managed services and software and consulting.

    He leads Hart Square from a commercial and operational perspective, supporting our consultants, helping amazing organisations achieve remarkable things.

    Senior Business Change Consultant

    Billy is a Senior Business Change Consultant. With an extensive background in the non-profit sector, he has a passion for implementing technology projects, including CRM and digital tools, to help clients benefit from their investment.

    Having previously worked at large charities, Billy is keen to share that expertise and experience with other non-profits facing similar challenges.
