    Jonathan is a Business Change Consultant and Team Leader at Hart Square who is passionate about helping teams improve systems and supporting organisations to grow and achieve their mission.

    He has spent the majority of his career in the non-profit sector, with experience delivering large-scale projects, leading system improvements, and supporting CRM migrations.

    Camilla is a Business Change Consultant at Hart Square who loves using her experience in marketing and change management to affect positive outcomes with clients.

    Her extensive experience in marketing and change management enables her to see the donor , member or stakeholder perspective and how digital tools can improve those experiences.

    Head of Practice

    Chris, our Head of Practice, started working in the charity sector within both membership-focussed organisations and fundraising charities before moving into consultancy.

    Since 2012, Chris has been delivering projects and playing a variety of roles within Hart Square, prior to taking on his current role overseeing the methodology and outputs for the Practice.

    Joyce is Head of Client Services at Hart Square, with a strong track record supporting non‑profit organisations through technology and digital change. She specialises in programme oversight, sharing knowledge and helping organisations move from strategy to successful delivery.

    Known for building trusted relationships and providing clear, practical guidance, she bring together commercial insight, delivery experience, and a genuine commitment to knowledge‑sharing across the sector.

    Senior Business Change Consultant

    Helen is a Senior Business Change Consultant. With an extensive background in strategic marketing and communications, Helen’s experience in the charity sector includes working at the Royal Institute of Blind People (RNIB) where she gained experience in large scale project delivery.

    Helen is especially interested in helping charities achieve clarity out of complexity and introducing successful and long lasting change.

    She has spent the majority of her career working for charities and NFP organisations, gaining experiences in areas such as project management, CRM systems, and business intelligence.

    Alan has been involved in the Membership and Not for Profit sectors for over 15 years, initially as a leading Technology Vendor, helping them transform their organisations through a human approach to transformation. His experience spans advertising & media, online entertainment, managed services and software and consulting.

    He leads Hart Square from a commercial and operational perspective, supporting our consultants, helping amazing organisations achieve remarkable things.
