Having identified that there was a need for staff training on the CRM, The Raiser’s Edge, a referral from its sister charity, The Prince’s Foundation for Building Community, seemed to provide a solution to the problem. PFBC were using the same CRM system and had been working with Hart Square on training and integration projects, so PFCA decided to contact them for help.
