Rob is our Managing Director, having started as a consultant and worked his way up through the company. He’s spent most of his career working within healthcare and non-profit organisations and is passionate about helping non-profits to attain the benefits of their investments in digital tools.

Oksana is Practice Manager with a background in consultancy and project management, as well as membership, CPD and events, all within the non-profit sector. Oksana is passionate about the people side of project management, the challenge of achieving a healthy balance between methodology and practice, ensuring team “buy-in” and everyone working to a common goal.

Chris Gilbert

Chris, one of two Head of Technology and Services, started working in the charity space initially with the National Trust, and then with the British Heart Foundation.
15 years later, he’s still fully committed to the non-profit space, having been a part of Hart Square as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and now within his current role.

Rhys Evans

Rhys is one of two Head of Technology and Services. He’s worked in management and project roles in the non-profit sector for over 15 years with organisations such as The Football Foundation, Christian Aid and the British Museum. At Hart Square Rhys has delivered and overseen change projects with a wide variety of clients and is passionate about using digital technology as a tool to enable non-profit organisations to develop, learn and grow.

She has spent the majority of her career working for charities and NFP organisations, gaining experiences in areas such as project management, CRM systems, and business intelligence.
