Rob is our Managing Director, having started as a consultant and worked his way up through the company. He’s spent most of his career working within healthcare and non-profit organisations and is passionate about helping non-profits to attain the benefits of their investments in digital tools.

Chris, our Head of Practice, started working in the charity space initially with the National Trust, and then with the British Heart Foundation.
15 years later, he’s still fully committed to the non-profit space, having been a part of Hart Square as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Head of Technology and Services, before taking up his current role.

Lisa is a Senior Business Change Consultant. She spent most of her career working within financial services before moving across to the non-profit sector for the last 8 years. She is passionate about helping organisations become more effective in their ways of working and to achieve their goals.

With an extensive background in strategic marketing and communications, Helen’s experience in the charity sector includes working on a CRM programme, which led to her current role as a Senior Business Change Consultant. Helen is especially interested in helping charities achieve clarity out of complexity and introducing change successfully.

Andrew is a Senior Business Change Consultant. He spent over 20 years working in the non-profit sector including time in charities, education, agencies and technology partners. Andrew is particularly interested in how better use of technology and data can help organisations engage with their audiences and support business transformation.

Billy is a Senior Business Change Consultant. With an extensive background in the non-profit sector, he has a passion for implementing technology projects, including CRM and digital tools, to help clients benefit from their investment. Having previously worked at large charities, Billy is keen to share that expertise and experience with other non-profits facing similar challenges.

Jason is a Business Change Consultant. He has had a varied career, starting as a research scientist then travelling through software engineering into digital and change consultancy. He has an analytical and systems thinking mindset and is passionate about the combination of digital technology and people-centred design to unlock innovation and transformation in organisations. He has spent the last 10-years working in the not-for-profit sector, primarily focussed in higher education.

Azuma is a consultant at Hart Square, passionate about empowering people and organisations to create lasting change and impact. She has experience in programme delivery, grants, events and operations in charities and education and holds a Prince2 certification.

He is passionate about delivering value, service and building strong relationships with the clients and teams he works with.

He is highly qualified with certifications in Prince2, APM, MSP, ITIL, Risk Management, Change Management and NLP.

Michael’s career includes over 20 years working with non-profit organisations, most recently in the higher education sector. His experience in implementing user-first digital projects within large and complex organisations led him to his current role as Business Change Consultant at Hart Square. He holds qualifications in Prince2, MSP, ITIL and Enterprise Architecture.

Charles is a Senior Business Change Consultant. He has an extensive background working for membership organisations that has developed into expertise in CRM and CMS systems for the membership and non-profit sector. Charles is a qualified project manager and holds an MBA from Bayes Business School.

As a seasoned Management Consultant to Senior Management, she is passionate about advancing organisations and their people to unlock their full potential. In addition to where work with Hart Square, Kamila is also a passionate Lecturer to Higher Education Institutions and Business Schools.

Edgar is a Business Change Consultant at Hart Square. He has worked in the Project Management and Business Analysis field for over 15 years and in the NFP and membership sector for the last 7 years. Edgar has a Master’s Degree in ‘Business Information Technology’ and is a Prince 2 Practitioner.

Deborah Kempson-Wren

For over 12 years Deborah has been leading the design and delivery of strategies to enable transformational business change across a range of disciplines including people and business process change, and IT and technology change in the public and not for profit sectors. Deborah is experienced in leading change in large organisations and specialises in working in ambiguous and fast changing environments. Her approach is characterised by her energy for effective and meaningful engagement with stakeholders across all levels in an organisation and she skilfully draws on her Executive and team coaching experience to underpin her ability to quickly become a trusted advisor for our clients.

Zogie Omoregie

Zogie is the PMO Manager at Hart Square. She has previously held project support/management roles within charities and non-profit organisation and has also worked within the private sector. She is passionate about all things project management and ensuring projects run smoothly. Zogie also has a Project Management MSc from the University of Sussex at Distinction level.
