Rob is our Managing Director, having started as a consultant and worked his way up through the company. He’s spent most of his career working within healthcare and non-profit organisations and is passionate about helping non-profits to attain the benefits of their investments in digital tools.
Oksana is Practice Manager with a background in consultancy and project management, as well as membership, CPD and events, all within the non-profit sector. Oksana is passionate about the people side of project management, the challenge of achieving a healthy balance between methodology and practice, ensuring team “buy-in” and everyone working to a common goal.
Chris, one of two Head of Technology and Services, started working in the charity space initially with the National Trust, and then with the British Heart Foundation.
15 years later, he’s still fully committed to the non-profit space, having been a part of Hart Square as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and now within his current role.
Rhys is one of two Head of Technology and Services. He’s worked in management and project roles in the non-profit sector for over 15 years with organisations such as The Football Foundation, Christian Aid and the British Museum. At Hart Square Rhys has delivered and overseen change projects with a wide variety of clients and is passionate about using digital technology as a tool to enable non-profit organisations to develop, learn and grow.
With an extensive background in strategic marketing and communications, Helen’s experience in the charity sector includes working on a CRM programme, which led to her current role as a Senior Business Change Consultant. Helen is especially interested in helping charities achieve clarity out of complexity and introducing change successfully.
Lisa is a Senior Business Change Consultant. She spent most of her career working within financial services before moving across to the non-profit sector for the last 8 years. She is passionate about helping organisations become more effective in their ways of working and to achieve their goals.
Matt is a Senior Business Change Consultant. He has broad experience within the non-profit sector, having previously worked in the arts, charity fundraising, domestic abuse prevention and healthcare. Matt is passionate about how non-profit organisations use consultancy to maximise their own capabilities to deliver ambitious change and continuous improvement.
Andrew is a Senior Business Change Consultant. He spent over 20 years working in the non-profit sector including time in charities, education, agencies and technology partners. Andrew is particularly interested in how better use of technology and data can help organisations engage with their audiences and support business transformation.
Billy is a Business Change Consultant. With an extensive background in the non-profit sector, he has a passion for implementing technology projects, including CRM and digital tools, to help clients benefit from their investment. Having previously worked at large charities, Billy is keen to share that expertise and experience with other non-profits facing similar challenges.
Ian is a Business Change Consultant. He’s spent most of his career in the public sector or working for non-profit organisations as a project manager specialising in CRM solutions and integrations with other IT systems. He has a special interest in change management and benefits realisation.
Michael’s career includes over 20 years working with non-profit organisations, most recently in the higher education sector. His experience in implementing user-first digital projects within large and complex organisations led him to his current role as Business Change Consultant at Hart Square. He holds qualifications in Prince2, MSP, ITIL and Enterprise Architecture.
Sam has a wide breadth of experience working on many large programmes and projects across several different industries.
He is passionate about delivering value, service and building strong relationships with the clients and teams he works with.
He is highly qualified with certifications in Prince2, APM, MSP, ITIL, Risk Management, Change Management and NLP.
Leah is a Business Change Consultant at Hart Square and loves helping people realise the value of digital technology and how it can support their teams and beneficiaries. She has spent the majority of her career working for charities and NFP organisations, gaining experiences in areas such as project management, CRM systems, and business intelligence.
Edgar is a Business Change Consultant at Hart Square. He has worked in the Project Management and Business Analysis field for over 15 years and in the NFP and membership sector for the last 7 years. Edgar has a Master’s Degree in ‘Business Information Technology’ and is a Prince 2 Practitioner.
Kamila has worked in a range of commercial and non-profit industries, gaining experience in Project Management, Business Transformation and Strategic Leadership. As a seasoned Management Consultant to Senior Management, she is passionate about advancing organisations and their people to unlock their full potential. In addition to where work with Hart Square, Kamila is also a passionate Lecturer to Higher Education Institutions and Business Schools.
Tim is a Business Change Consultant. He has spent most of his career delivering change initiatives in the public, regulatory and non-profit sectors. He has a wealth of experience in project and programme management, requirements analysis and corporate planning. He is dedicated to helping non-profit organisations to make operational and strategic changes for the benefit of their team members and key stakeholders.
Charles is a Senior Business Change Consultant. He has an extensive background working for membership organisations that has developed into expertise in CRM and CMS systems for the membership and non-profit sector. Charles is a qualified project manager and holds an MBA from Bayes Business School.
Hennie is a Senior Business Change Consultant who has delivered a wide range of CRM, CMS and GDPR focussed requirements gathering, partner selection and business case projects within the membership and not-for-profit sectors. Hennie has many years of experience in managing and delivering projects of all sizes.
Zogie is the PMO at Hart Square. She has previously held project support/management roles within charities and non-profit organisation and has also worked within the private sector. She is passionate about all things project management and ensuring projects run smoothly. Zogie also has a Project Management MSc from the University of Sussex at Distinction level.
Joyce is an experienced Business Consultant with a history of working in the information technology and services industry within the non-profit sector. She is skilled in business planning, customer relationship management, and is passionate about sharing knowledge through educational events and training programmes. She regularly speaks at Hart Square events covering topics from project delivery best practice to go live challenges.
Helena is a self-motivated and highly skilled functional Business Development specialist with more than 20 years of commercial operational experience both in the UK and internationally. Her interest in human psychology and physics led her to become certified as an executive coach alongside her work in business development and project management; She has developed numerous training programs to support personal and professional growth for individuals and teams all the way up to board level.
Rebecca is the Programme Delivery Manager. She has an extensive background in event project management and managing key stakeholder relations for academic and healthcare non-profits. She’s responsible for delivering our educational events programme which provides non-profits with practical insights and solutions to the challenges they’re facing.
Ellie is our Digital Marketing and Content Executive. She has previously held roles within non-profit organisations and has coupled this experience with her passion for design and all things creative. Ellie leads on content marketing, sharing our knowledge with non-profits across the sector. She’s a Certified Digital Marketing Profession from the Digital Marketing Institute.
