Data transforms how organisations make decisions and drive impact, but many nonprofits are still not harnessing the true potential of their data. Nonprofits are vital to making meaningful changes to our world so un-tapping their data goldmines to help accelerate these changes and drive their mission forward is key.
Data projects don’t have to be a big bang process and all organisations from small charities to large nonprofits organisations can use data to highlight the reach of their mission. Join us for an interactive workshop as we explore the common features of how to become a data-oriented nonprofit. From managing organisational change and adopting technology to using insights to influence strategy and inform decisions.
We will be joined at the event by ASTRiiD, an inspirational charity with an amazing mission; to help people with long term, chronic illness find meaningful work. They will share how they are using data to extend their reach and drive their mission forward, helping to create even more meaningful partnerships to support their growing pool of candidates.
You will walk away with insights into:
- How data can support your mission
- How to kick start your journey
- How to create meaningful stakeholder relationships with simple visualisations
