The British Orthopaedic Association (BOA) have recently completed a comprehensive and integrated CRM and Web project to radically transform their business. Liz Fry, Director of Finance at the BOA, will share her experience of planning for and achieving the BOA’s business change objectives. The roundtable discussion will allow attendees to ask questions and elicit a frank exchange of experiences in an informal setting.
