26 February, 8:30 am - 10:45 am

Breakfast briefing – free to attend
26th February, 8:30 – 10:45

With the charity sector facing increasing challenges to secure funding, senior management need to look at how they develop their current working practices whilst embracing technology that may enhance this.

This breakfast briefing will share examples of how charities can embrace new technology or integrate new systems to the existing estate to improve fundraising and supporter engagement. This session will cover:

  • Challenges facing the sector
  • The importance of an agreed strategy and roadmap
  • Where to begin
  • Allowing staff to work more effectively to focus on the “day job” rather than being hampered by systems and processes
  • Overcoming the barriers to change

Adam Monks, Head of Data at Mind, will share insights into how he steered Mind through a major technology project to replace aging fundraising systems with modern CRM and digital engagement tools.

Following Chatham House rules, this session will give you the opportunity to share insights, ideas and concerns with your peers.
